always trying to exceed ourselves through continuous research and experimentation.
We make our products with these ingredients.
PANE SEGALE E FARRO

OUR BREAD

A “timeless” bread, which makes you re-experiencing the fragrances and flavours of the past. Made with stone ground 100% Verna wheat flour that we grow directly on our family farm.
The type "2" Verna wheat flour is then mixed only with water and mother yeast, following traditional processes.

OUR BREAD

Un pane “senza tempo”, che fa rivivere fragranze e sapori di una volta. Fatto con farina macinata a pietra di 100% grano Verna, che coltiviamo direttamente nella azienda agricola di famiglia. La farina di grano Verna di tipo “2” viene poi impastata solo con acqua e lievito madre, seguendo le lavorazioni tradizionali.

Our know-how and products in your business

Precooked frozen specialities, slowly prepared for an express delights.
Bases for pizza, already stuffed pizzas, focaccia and the novelty, the pinsa.
All our products are available in two versions, Classic with flour 0, and Verna, with Verna wheat flour and wholemeal flour.

We use flours from the Italian supply chain and stone-ground Verna wheat flour, to keep the wheat germ intact.
We knead the flour with water, extra virgin olive oil and mother yeast.
We season our bases with the best Italian ingredients.
