Menchetti at the “I Primi d’Italia 2024” Festival with Cappelli wholemeal semolina pasta
Menchetti participated in the Festival I Primi d’Italia 2024, held in Foligno at the end of September, bringing its line of pasta made with organic whole durum wheat semolina, Cappelli variety. The event, dedicated to the first courses of Italian cuisine, saw the presence of the brand inside the Boutique della Pasta, a pavilion reserved for Italian producers.
During the festival, Menchetti proposed different pasta shapes made with Cappelli durum wheat, an organic variety appreciated for its authentic flavor and nutritional qualities. Visitors had the opportunity to purchase Menchetti products directly in the pavilion, discovering the range of whole wheat pasta.
Furthermore, Menchetti contributed to the creation of the recipe book dedicated to the 2024 edition of the festival, with the inclusion of two first courses prepared with his whole wheat pasta. The two recipes offer new ideas on how to use this variety of ancient wheat in dishes that respect the Italian culinary tradition.
Menchetti’s presence at the festival allowed the company to share with the public its vision of a pasta produced with organic raw materials and in compliance with artisanal tradition.
